Job summary

ORIX Indonesia Finance is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead governance, standards, and program delivery across our IT portfolio in Jakarta. You will drive PM frameworks, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT or related field, 5 years in project management, knowledge of PMBOK/PRINCE2/Agile, and hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, and Trello. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in project management.
Strong knowledge of PMBOK, PRINCE2, and Agile.
Proficiency with IT systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Define and implement project management frameworks, templates, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Oversee IT project portfolio, prioritization, and resource allocation.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Track KPIs for project success and prepare reports for senior management.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators.
Foster collaboration between IT and business units.
Promote agile and hybrid methodologies where applicable.
