Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Business Transformation or related areas.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain standard project management documents and tools.
• Conduct socialization and guidance to Initiative Owners on standardized PM processes.
• Monitor project progress, timeline, budget, deliverables, and benefits.
• Coordinate with Project Owners and cross-functional teams for alignment and timely execution.
• Organize regular project review meetings and follow up on actions and milestones.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for management.
• Monitor risks, issues, bottlenecks, and dependencies with follow-up actions.
• Escalate critical issues and provide analysis and recommendations for decision-making.
• Assure feasibility studies, business cases, and project assessments meet standards.
• Monitor financial performance and benefit realization against approved cases.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and compliance throughout lifecycle.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and resolve dependencies affecting delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve PM processes, tools, reporting, and governance.
• Support portfolio development, prioritization, and management visibility.
• Support post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
