Zusammenfassung

PT IKONSULTAN INOVATAMA is seeking a PMO professional to support project governance within the financial industry. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to PM methodologies, and delivering structured, actionable insights on key project issues.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in PMO, a Bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.0+, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experiences as PMO in the Financial Industry (Banking, Multifinance, FinTech, etc).
• Bachelor’s degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, critical, logical thinking, and analytical
• Good in coordination and communications
• Ability to quickly understand complex discussions and identify key issues to focus on.
• Creative in providing out-of-the-box solutions while remaining structured and methodical
• Have adequate product/tech knowledge (e.g. understanding of API, BRD)
• Growth mindset with a proactive attitude; eager to learn, adaptable, and flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Able to work independently and cross-functionally and clearly identify dependencies, escalate potential roadblocks and recommend effective actions
• Willing to work fully on-site in Central Jakarta
• Willing to work in a Multifinance company
• Preferably based in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) or on the island of Java
