Job summary

PT Solutionlabs Group Indonesia is seeking a capable Project Admin/Coordinator to support IT projects from initiation to closing. You will manage reports, trackers, and simple presentations, ensuring timely updates.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in project administration or PMO, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Management, Business Admin, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in project admin/coordinator roles.
• Strong admin, documentation, communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; reports and trackers management.
• Basic understanding of project management and IT/software projects.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support project administration from initiation to closing.
• Monitor project timeline, milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and follow up with Project Manager, technical teams, clients, vendors, and related parties.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including MoM, action items, progress updates, and reports.
• Monitor outstanding tasks, issues, risks, and scope changes.
• Support commercial project administration such as PO/SPK, invoice, BAST, timesheet, and related documents.
• Support project closing and ensure all documentation and approvals are complete.
• Support other departments within Digital & Technology when needed.
