Job summary

Anantara Ubud Bali Resort seeks an IT Operations Support specialist to ensure smooth IT services across the property. You will handle daily operations, troubleshoot issues for all departments, and maintain critical systems including PMS, POS, CCTV and guest connectivity.

Responsibilities cover hardware and network maintenance, vendor coordination, security of data, and assisting with projects and training. This role supports guest satisfaction through reliable technology.

Responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations to keep systems, hardware, software and network running smoothly.
• Provide daily IT support and troubleshooting to hotel departments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, Wi‑Fi, phones and other IT equipment.
• Monitor hotel network, internet connection and related infrastructure.
• Support PMS, POS, Wi‑Fi, PABX, CCTV, door locks and IPTV systems.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and network devices.
• Respond promptly to IT issues reported by staff and guests.
• Perform regular checks of servers, network gear and backups.
• Create and maintain IT equipment and software inventory.
• Assist with user account setup and basic IT security needs.
• Ensure hotel data and systems are secured and backed up.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers as needed.
• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, installations and new tech rollout.
• Provide basic IT training and guidance to team members.
• Support AV needs for meetings and hotel events when required.
• Maintain documentation of IT incidents, repairs and changes.
