Job summary

Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa & Convention in Indonesia seeks an Infrastructure Manager to oversee IT infrastructure and ensure 24/7 reliability across servers, networks, Wi‑Fi, and hotel systems such as Opera PMS and Micros POS.

You will lead a technical team, manage vendors, enforce cybersecurity, and train staff, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in IT operations, including 1–2 years in supervision, with fluency in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information tech or related field.
• 3–5 years IT operations experience, 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong network, server, and hotel systems knowledge (Opera PMS, Micros POS).
• Proven troubleshooting skills under high-pressure conditions.
• Leadership and vendor management experience.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and stability of IT infrastructure across servers and networks.
• Provide high-level technical support for guest rooms, events, and hotel operations.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and policy compliance.
• Supervise and mentor IT support staff for 24/7 coverage.
• Manage asset inventory and training of hotel staff on systems.
