Job summary

Novotel Bali Benoa, a five-star beachfront family resort in Bali, seeks an IT Leader to oversee all IT operations supporting guest experiences and hotel operations. You will manage networks, servers, PMS/POS systems, guest internet, CCTV, IPTV, and end-user support while driving cybersecurity and system enhancements.

The role requires 4+ years in IT with at least 2 years in management, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, Windows Server, cybersecurity, and DR/backup.
Experience with hospitality tech like PMS, POS, guest internet, CCTV, door locks, IPTV is desirable.
Proven ability to manage IT projects, coordinate vendors, and support in fast-paced environments.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee IT operations across the 5-star resort to ensure reliable, secure technology services for guests and hotel operations.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, applications, POS, guest internet, telecom, and end-user support.
Drive cybersecurity, preventive maintenance, and system enhancements to support business continuity and digital transformation.
Collaborate with department heads, corporate IT, and vendors to deliver effective technology solutions and project implementations.
