Job summary

AccorHotels Indonesia is seeking an IT Leader to oversee technology operations at a five-star Bali resort. You will manage networks, servers, POS, guest internet, CCTV, and other guest-facing systems while coordinating with department heads and external vendors to implement strategic IT initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT with at least 2 years in management, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Prior hospitality IT experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Hospitality, resort, or hotel IT experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations across the resort ensuring reliable, secure technology services.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, POS, guest internet, and end-user support.
• Drive cybersecurity compliance, maintenance programs, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with department heads, corporate IT, and vendors to deliver solutions.
