Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT with 2+ years in supervisory roles within hospitality, and hands-on expertise in network, POS, PMS, and cybersecurity. Pre-opening experience is highly valued, with strong English communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in hospitality.
• Pre-opening experience preferred: set up IT infrastructure, network cabling, hardware deployment, and POS systems.
• Hands-on leader who can work both strategically and technically.
• Strong networking, cybersecurity, and data protection knowledge.
• Excellent English communication with management and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee network stability, Wi‑Fi, servers, and IT systems across the venue.
• Manage POS, PMS, and hospitality software platforms, ensuring daily operations support.
• Implement cybersecurity protocols and regular data backups.
• Source, negotiate, and oversee external IT vendors and contractors.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site, minimizing downtime.
