Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of IT management or senior technical leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems administration and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with IT budgeting, financial planning and vendor management.
• Excellent understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology with strategic goals.
• Proficiency in enterprise IT systems, cloud technologies and modern software solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to lead and oversee our information technology operations and infrastructure. As IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning our technology initiatives with business objectives, managing IT teams, and ensuring the security, reliability and efficiency of our systems. This position is integral to supporting the company's growth and digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure and networks to ensure optimal performance and security
• Lead, manage and mentor the IT team, including recruitment, training, performance management and professional development
• Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and return on investment
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures and security protocols to protect company data and systems
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software and IT services
• Identify technology needs and recommend solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and user experience
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and data protection requirements
• Provide strategic IT guidance to senior management and support business units in achieving their objectives

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT management or a similar senior technical leadership role

• Experience with IT budgeting, financial planning and vendor management
• Excellent understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology with strategic business goals

• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing complex technical projects
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
