Job summary

You will manage IT teams, develop budgets, enforce security policies, and collaborate with senior management to drive reliable systems, cloud adoption, and vendor management in a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of IT management or senior technical leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems administration and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with IT budgeting, financial planning and vendor management.
• Excellent understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology with strategic goals.
• Proficiency in enterprise IT systems, cloud technologies and modern software solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure and networks for performance and security.
• Lead, manage and mentor the IT team, including recruitment, training and performance management.
• Develop and manage IT budgets with cost-effective resource allocation.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures and security protocols.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate hardware, software and IT services contracts.
• Identify technology needs and recommend solutions supporting business growth.
• Monitor system performance and implement reliability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection requirements.
• Provide strategic IT guidance to senior management and support business units.
• Respond to IT incidents and manage disaster recovery planning.
