FINNS Bali is looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to deliver technology projects that create measurable improvements in how our organisation and operations run, from the systems our teams use during service to the digital touchpoints our guests experience.
You’ll own your projects end to end, manage the vendors behind them, and work with teams across the business to make sure what we build is what was actually needed.

Summary
- Manage assigned IT projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering and planning through delivery, testing, go-live, post-go-live support and handover to IT Operations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and budgets; proactively identify and escalatae variances or potential delays.
- Manage external vendors against agreed deliverables, timelines and service levels, verify deliverables against requirements, and actively follow up on any slippage.
- Work closely with operational teams across Front Office, Service, Bar, Kitchen, Finance and Marketing to gather requirements and translate between business and technical needs.
- Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) using real operational scenarios, ensuring solutions meet business requirements before go-live.
- Coordinate user training and change readiness in Bahasa Indonesia and English, including SOPs, user guides and floor-level reference materials.
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions and actions clearly to senior stakeholders, maintaining accurate project documentation, meeting minutes and decision logs with clear owners and deadlines.
- Lead post-go-live support and formal handover to IT Operations, ensuring outstanding issues, documentation and responsibilities are properly closed and transferred.
- 2 to 3 years in technology or systems implementation, in any capacity, including at least 2 projects seen through end to end and one of them at least involving an external vendor.
- Solid knowledge of IT project management - including lifecycle, scope/change control, risk & issue management, estimation and scheduling.
- Knowledge in project management practices and standard(Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or similar) - through work, coursework, or certification like CAPM.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English, both written and spoken.
- Able to discuss technical concepts, including APIs, architecture, logic and data flow between systems.Coding is not required.
- Understanding of Business Process Management & Mapping, with the ability to assess workflows, identify bottlenecks and process issues.
- Hospitality or F&B industry experience (preferable).
- Adaptable and willing to learn, comfortable taking on responsibilities beyond current experience, and proactively seeking guidance when needed.
