Job summary

BINA NUSANTARA is seeking a seasoned professional to lead consulting projects and supervise the Professional Services team. You will develop objectives, timelines and coordinate with clients to ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, cost control, and maintaining quality standards while guiding project execution and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience or 7 years total work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activity with Professional Services team.
• Develop and design consulting management project objectives and timeline.
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate results to clients.
• Represent client interests to develop project goals and outcomes.
• Plan and execute projects according to objectives and timeline.
• Monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery and efficiency.
• Communicate schedules and progress to clients and teams.
• Collaborate with client teams during project execution.
• Provide independent advice on project management and execution.

Consulting Services:

• Manage day to day activity with Professional Services team
• Develop and design consulting management project objective and timeline upon agreed cooperation.
• Conduct risk assessment to calculate project risk and communicate it to client.
• Responsible to represent client interest in developing project goals and result.
• Develop project planning and execute the project based on the project objective and timeline
• Monitor project execution to ensure it run effective, efficient and delivered on time
• Actively communicate all schedule and timetable for project execution with clients
• Communicate and work closely with client team member in any project execution
• Provide independent advice for client’s management regarding the project management and execution.
• Ensure overall goals & achievement and also project standard quality are in compliance with Client’s requirement
• Calculate and maintain project cost and financing
• Recruit sub-contractor and other resources (including manpower) to execute project, if necessary.
• Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor and other resources to ensure they meet client standard and quality.

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree

Work Exposure/ Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experiences in Supervisory level, or
• Minimum 7 years of working experience
