Job summary

PT Royal Lestari Utama (RLU) seeks an ICT Manager to lead planning, deployment, and operations of the company’s ICT environment in Jakarta. You will supervise network, security, servers, virtualization, and cloud services while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes hands‑on capability, remote site support, and team leadership. Strong English skills are preferred for collaboration across sites and with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related IT field.
• Minimum 3 years as ICT/IT Manager in agriculture/plantation/manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong experience managing ICT infrastructure, networks, servers, and IT security.
• Hands‑on technical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience in remote or geographically distributed environments is a plus.
• Proficient in English (speaking, writing, listening) is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

Job description

The ICT Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, controlling, and supervising the company's ICT infrastructure and services, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations across the company.

Jobdesc:

Manage and supervise network infrastructure, internet connectivity, telecommunications, VPN, and network security.

Oversee servers and virtualization environments such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper‑Virtual, as well as NAS systems.

Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.

Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco networking, FortiGate firewalls, P2P/P2MP radio communication, and multiple internet links, including routing, failover, and bandwidth management.

Support and manage ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including manufacturing related applications.

Ensure ICT security and compliance with Group Company policies and standards.

Handle ICT incidents, technical support, infrastructure maintenance, asset management, and server room operations.

Coordinate with internal users, vendors, and service providers for ICT projects and technical services.

Lead and develop the ICT team, ensuring effective performance and continuous capability development.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an ICT/IT Manager, preferably within the agricultural, plantation, palm oil, or mill/manufacturing industry.

Strong experience in managing ICT infrastructure, networks, servers, telecommunications, and IT security.

Hands‑on technical and troubleshooting capabilities.

Experience managing ICT operations in a remote or geographically distributed environment is an advantage.

Proficient in English (speaking, writing, listening) is highly preferable.
