Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking a Site Engineer/Infrastructure Assistant to oversee on-site infrastructure projects within Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia. The role involves monitoring activities, preparing progress reports, and drafting progress claims in line with actual site progress.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering and have at least 3 years of experience in palm oil-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise Infrastructure project activities on site, and ensure that the projects can becompleted within the agreed timeline and quality requirements.
• Evaluate and develop project progress reports on a bi-weekly basis.
• Responsible for developing work progress claim documents (BAPP, BAST) and ensuring the claimed progress is according to the actual progress on site.
• Ensure that the preparation of project site as well as the access road is completed before contract is awarded.
• Provide technical support for Estate Operations related to Infrastructure items (road, housing maintenance, inspections etc ) as well as CSR and Sustainability.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as site engineer or Infrastructure Assistant in Palm Oil-based companies.
• Technical Competency : Civil/Construction/Structural Placement in Kalimantan Selatan.
