Job summary

PT BUKIT BERLIAN PLANTATIONS is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support professional to oversee systems across multiple sites and branches. The role emphasizes SAP Agri-ERP configuration, data mapping, master data management, and robust network management including MikroTik.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of IT experience, strong leadership, and effective communication. Experience in the palm oil plantation sector is a plus, with on-site work in Jakarta Selatan.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of IT Infrastructure & Support experience.
• Experience managing IT across multiple branches/multi-site.
• Experience in Palm Oil Plantation industry preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SAP Agri-ERP configuration, data mapping, and master data management.
• Leadership qualities, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MikroTik (Routing, Firewall, Bandwidth Management, VPN).
• Experience in Hosting & Domain management (DNS, cPanel, SSL, Mail Server).
• Proficient in using Remote Desktop for system management.
