Job Description

Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance to be completed in accordance with the target time and results set Monitor and ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of instrumental maintenance Ensure calibration according to schedule set Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables required Make improvements by modifying machine tools. Coordinate the implementation of project related to the scope of work field in accordance with the target set Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of SAP administration. Coordinate the ICA (Instrument Calibration Automation) team to achieve the respective KPIs Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies. Responsible for the implementation of working discipline. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites Ensure calibration is on schedule. Ensure the implementation of Safety Regulation (SMK3) in accordance with the prevailing policies. Responsible for the development of employees in the area of work responsibility Create and be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of annual budgets in the Section which is the area of responsibility for its work. Ensure smoothness of Automation System in Plant Production goes well Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of work sites and the surrounding environment (including early management of process waste) Reported a problem with regard to the Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to the Food / Feed Safety Coordinator
