Job summary

PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk in Indonesia seeks an experienced ICT Network & Security lead to oversee daily operations, ensure service availability, performance, and security. You will manage incident, request, ticket, and complaint processes and coordinate with vendors to drive reliable services.

Responsibilities include monitoring, backups, preventive maintenance, and documentation, plus leading network and security projects and evaluating new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Network & Security or IT Infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience in network security implementation and monitoring.
• Experience in team leadership and operational supervision.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, firewall, VPN, network monitoring and security.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and customer-oriented skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in network and security project implementation.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet or Palo Alto are an advantage.

Job description

Lead and supervise daily ICT Network & Security operations to ensure service availability, performance, and security.

Oversee incident, request, ticket, and complaint management, including last-layer troubleshooting and resolution.

Ensure proper execution of monitoring, backup, preventive maintenance, and technical documentation.

Manage and supervise Network & Security infrastructure implementation, maintenance, and improvement.

Lead Network & Security projects and coordinate effectively with vendors and relevant departments.

Conduct technology research and evaluation to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Supervise team performance and ensure operational activities comply with SOPs, service standards, and company objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

5–10 years of relevant experience in Network & Security or IT Infrastructure, preferably within an IT Services environment.

Strong hands‑on experience in Network & Security implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Proven experience in team leadership and operational supervision.

Good knowledge of Routing & Switching, Firewall, VPN, Network Monitoring, and Network Security.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, customer‑oriented, and service‑oriented skills.

Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Experience in Network & Security project implementation is preferred.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent are an advantage.
