Job summary

PT Putra Bangun Bersama seeks a skilled engineer to oversee plantation infrastructure maintenance across multiple sites. The role focuses on roads, bridges, culverts, housing, and office facilities, requiring hands-on leadership and strong planning abilities.

The ideal candidate will prepare budgets (RAB), manage material estimates, and supervise heavy equipment operations while coordinating contractors in remote plantation locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in construction or palm plantation infrastructure maintenance.
• Understanding of plantation road maintenance (main roads, collector roads, production roads), bridges, culverts, housing, offices, and other facilities.
• Ability to prepare RAB (Budget Plan), calculate material requirements, and oversee heavy equipment operations.

Education: S1 or D3 in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Agriculture (Agricultural Mechanization)

Work experience: Minimum 1–3 years in construction or palm plantation infrastructure maintenance

Understanding of plantation road maintenance (main roads, collector roads, production roads), bridges (wood/concrete/steel), culverts, employee housing, offices, and other plantation support facilities

Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD

Ability to prepare RAB (Budget Plan), calculate material requirements, and oversee heavy equipment operations (excavator, grader, compactor, etc.)

Willing to be placed at plantation locations (operational sites/remote areas)

Leadership capability to supervise contractors and field workers
