Job summary

PT Royal Lestari Utama (RLU) seeks an ICT Manager to lead planning, deployment, and operations of the company’s ICT environment in Jakarta. You will supervise network, security, servers, virtualization, and cloud services while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes hands‑on capability, remote site support, and team leadership. Strong English skills are preferred for collaboration across sites and with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related IT field.
• Minimum 3 years as ICT/IT Manager in agriculture/plantation/manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong experience managing ICT infrastructure, networks, servers, and IT security.
• Hands‑on technical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience in remote or geographically distributed environments is a plus.
• Proficient in English (speaking, writing, listening) is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise ICT infrastructure and services.
• Oversee network, VPN, and network security.
• Manage servers and virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Maintain Cisco devices and Fortigate security; manage multiple internet links.
• Support ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Ensure ICT security and compliance with group policies.
• Handle incidents, support, asset management, and data center operations.
• Coordinate with users, vendors, and service providers for ICT projects.
• Lead and develop ICT team.
