Job summary
Nabors seeks an Engineer I to maintain and support a subset of the company’s IT infrastructure in an on-site capacity at the Tangerang Selatan site in Banten, Indonesia. You will assist with routine maintenance, document activities, and provide Tier 3 support for hardware and software issues as part of a larger engineering team.

Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor level in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support preferred.
- Experience in oil & gas, mining, industrial or engineering environments is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform standard technology engineering activities to maintain and support infrastructure.
- Maintain infrastructure components and document maintenance activities.
- Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues per procedures.
- Engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements and resolve needs.
- Build and test subsets of infrastructure, installing and validating new components.
