Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network support, data center operations, field engineering, or related technical roles.
CCNA/HCIA/Network+ certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to communicate in English.
Travel willingness to support project implementations and customer sites.

Responsibilities

Participate in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure projects.
Assist with switch, router, firewall, and structured cabling installations.
Support network migration, equipment commissioning, connectivity testing, and project acceptance activities.
Perform on-site technical support and troubleshooting when required.
Support server maintenance, health checks, and incident handling.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure milestones are met.
