The successful candidate will handle routine admin tasks, prepare timesheets, and assist with crew scheduling under the Rig Manager, while maintaining safety and compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carries out all routine administration duties on the rig and at camp, including paperwork and record-keeping.
• Prepare monthly time sheets and time sheet analysis for all staff; assist in crew scheduling with the Rig Manager.
• Coordinate transport, accommodation and hotel reservations for all staff arrivals and departures on the rig; maintain records.
