Job summary

AI Rudder, a conversational AI company, is seeking a final-year IT student or fresh graduate for a hybrid IT Support role in Jakarta. You will handle first-level hardware, software, and network support, assist with Microsoft 365, and help onboard/offboard staff, while upholding security practices.

The position offers hybrid work with the SCBD, South Jakarta office. Basic English is a plus and the team collaborates globally to support enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in IT or related field.
• Basic understanding of PC hardware, Windows 11, macOS, networking, and MS 365.
• Willingness to learn and work with enterprise IT systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Good written and spoken English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, printers, monitors, docking stations, and other office peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain company-approved software and applications.
• Set up laptops, desktops, and accessories for new employees, and offboard equipment during exit.
• Assist with user accounts, password resets, and basic Microsoft 365 administration.
• Support Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting and basic network checks.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and proper labeling and tracking of equipment.
• Assist in maintaining meeting room IT equipment and AV devices.
• Document IT incidents, resolutions, and SOPs.
• Escalate complex technical issues to Regional IT Engineer when needed.
• Follow company IT security policies and best practices.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.

What You'll Do:

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, printers, monitors, docking stations, and other office peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain company‑approved software and applications.
• Set up laptops, desktops, and accessories for new employees, and collect IT equipment during employee offboarding.
• Assist with user account creation, password resets, and basic Microsoft 365 administration.
• Support Wi‑Fi connectivity troubleshooting and perform basic network checks.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, ensuring all equipment is properly labeled, organized, and tracked.
• Assist in maintaining meeting room IT equipment, including TVs, conference cameras, and audio devices.
• Document IT incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the Regional IT Engineer when necessary.
• Follow company IT security policies and best practices.
• Perform other IT‑related tasks as assigned by the Regional IT Engineer.

What We're Looking For:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows 11 & macOS), networking concepts (IP Address, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi), Microsoft 365 applications, and computer/peripheral troubleshooting.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and enterprise IT systems.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Good written and spoken English is a plus.
