Job summary

AI Rudder, a conversational AI company, invites university interns to join our Jakarta team to support data analysis and management reporting. You will assist in collecting and organizing data to support business analysis and reporting efforts.

As an intern, you will help prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance reviews, learn data cleaning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid office setup at SCBD, South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (minimum 7th semester).
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, charts, and common formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS).
• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred; willingness to learn is encouraged.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio) is a plus.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• A proactive learner with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to work from the office at least 2 days per week (Monday and Friday are mandatory).
• Available for a minimum 3-month internship; candidates who can commit to a longer internship period are preferred
