Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

About the role

We're expanding our development team and want you to be a key part of our digital transformation journey. As an Application Developer, you'll play a vital role in building practical business solutions using C#/.NET and SQL, working closely with Business Analysts. You'll be hands‑on throughout the full application lifecycle—from translating requirements to deployment—within a collaborative, Agile environment. As our business grows, you'll also help shape and implement our future AI and Automation initiatives, making your contributions truly matter.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using C# (.NET) and SQL.
• Design and optimize databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Build and connect RESTful APIs for system integration.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand and translate requirements into working solutions.
• Use modern tools like Visual Studio, Git, Jira, and more.
• Support and improve live business applications and suggest ways to automate or streamline business processes.
• Take part in future projects involving AI and Automation as our technology evolves.
