Job summary

Flex is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Batam to manage Transfer Product Project for SpinCo, ensuring on-time delivery and quality as the company spins off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will coordinate readiness for production, prepare documentation, and escalate risks while driving process improvements across the line organization.

• Continuously develop competence to improve the quality and efficiency for project management work
• Follow up policies, procedures and company standards in daily work
• Prepare, collect and distribute related project documentation according to process
• Regularly report TPI Project status, highlight issues and escalate high risks
• Coordinate Production Readiness for TPI product and line qualification
• Deliver Producibility report and drive RCCA for test runs
• Closely work with lead site TPM to secure on‑time delivery according to project plan with good quality
• Secure project deliverables seamlessly to line organization
• Contribute to process establishment and optimization

Job description

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

The Technical Project Manager will be based in Batam reporting to Engineering Manager. The TPM role involves managing Transfer Product Project to meet project deliverables and secure seamless handover to line organization. This role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
