Job summary

PT Flextronics Technology Indonesia is seeking a Financial Planning & Analyst in Batam to lead monthly and quarterly FP&A cycles. You will build and maintain driver-based models, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning.

You will coordinate budgeting across business units, consolidate inputs, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior management, while partnering with leaders to track performance against targets.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of FP&A experience in an MNC.
• Certifications preferred: CPA/CFP/CMA/CA/CGA/APICS.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly FP&A cycles including management packs and variance analysis.
• Develop, maintain driver-based financial models, rolling forecasts, scenario analyses.
• Coordinate budgeting across units, consolidate inputs, enforce timelines.
• Perform deep-dive variance analyses on revenue, gross margin, OPEX and KPIs.

Job description

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

About the role

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Financial Planning & Analyst located in Batam.

Key responsibilities

Lead monthly and quarterly FP&A cycles including preparation of management packs, variance analysis, and presentation-ready slide decks for senior management.

Build, maintain and enhance financial models (driver-based, rolling forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analyses) to support short- and long-range planning.

Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes across business units; consolidate inputs, enforce timelines, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Perform deep-dive variance analysis on revenue, gross margin, operating expenses and key KPIs; translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into financial targets and to track performance against those targets on a recurring basis.

Liaise between corporate tax, treasury and other financial departments and regional and local finance managers in developing internal working partnerships.

Generate financial reports for review by business team.

Conduct cost investigation as required.

Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies.

About you

B. Com / B.C. S / M. Com / MBA /BBA/ BBM, any other commerce and Accounts Stream degrees.

5-6 years of related experience in the Financial Planning and Analysis role in any MNC.

Related professional certification preferred - Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified General Accountant (CGA), or a America Production Inventory Control Society (APICS).
