Job summary

PT Eka Jaya Internasional, a beauty-focused manufacturer in Tangerang, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to lead preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery in a fast-paced environment. The role requires hands-on PLC/HMI diagnostics, drawing literacy, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, plus Diploma/Bachelor level study in mechatronics or related fields.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient reading of technical drawings and electrical wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on PLC experience with Siemens, Omron, or Mitsubishi and basic diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems, including Ladder Logic and I/O.
• Perform basic PLC/HMI program and parameter adjustments.
• Perform PLC program backup and restore.
• Support machinery installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Identify and implement machine improvement opportunities.
• Prepare maintenance reports and record spare parts usage.
• Update wiring diagrams, manuals, and other technical documentation.
• Follow HSE procedures, use PPE, and maintain 5S standards.

Position: Staff Formulator Skincare
Work Location: Cikupa, Tangerang.

Job Requirement:

• D3/S1 in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experienced in automated machinery, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and mechanical power transmission.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and electrical wiring diagrams.
• Familiar with motor control, sensors, inverters, relays, and contactors.
• Hands-on PLC experience (Siemens, Omron, or Mitsubishi) with basic diagnostics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work shifts
