Job summary

PT Ultra Sakti is a leading Indonesian pharmaceutical company seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will analyze processes, translate requirements into functional specs, and support ERP implementations across the organization.

Collaborating with business users, IT teams, and external partners, you will identify optimization opportunities, ensure alignment with SAP modules (FICO/MM/SD/PP), and support UAT and documentation for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP is required, with exposure to FICO, MM, SD, PP modules advantageous.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure solutions align with processes.
• Support ERP implementation and optimization across enterprise systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external partners during implementation, testing, and enhancements.
• Assist UAT, document workflows, and maintain project documentation.
