Job summary

PT Solutionlabs Group Indonesia is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Indonesia. The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience and strong skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation such as BRD, HSD, and TSD.

Proficiency in data visualization and BPMN-style diagrams will be advantage. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define goals, translate needs into functional requirements, and develop detailed process models.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing user business processes and identifying improvements.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear documents.
• Proven skills in BRD, HSD, and TSD documentation.
• Proficiency with data visualization and process modeling.
• Familiarity with Notion or ClickUp.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate user business processes and identify problems or improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand goals and requirements.
• Translate needs into structured business and functional requirements.
• Develop BRD, HSD, TSD, success criteria, and role definitions.
• Create business process flows, charts, tables, graphs to support decisions.
• Coordinate with users and teams during implementation of changes.
• Collaborate with Change Management Team to gather feedback and assess adoption.
• Evaluate actual benefits and adoption rate post-implementation.
