Job summary

PT ADARO ANDALAN INDONESIA TBK is seeking an ERP Business Analyst Lead to guide requirements gathering and translate them into functional specifications for ERP initiatives. You will lead ERP projects across manufacturing and logistics to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of business objectives.

You will mentor analysts, coordinate with IT and external vendors, manage UAT and change requests, and develop user documentation to support ERP adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis by gathering, validating, and translating requirements into ERP functional specs.
• Analyze processes, identify improvements, ensure ERP supports efficiency and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and vendors for ERP implementation, config, and enhancements.
• Lead system testing, including UAT, and manage change requests for ERP delivery.
• Develop user docs, conduct end-user training, and support change management for ERP adoption.
• Mentor Business Analysts and drive continuous ERP improvements.
