Job summary

PT Mandiri International Technology is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to translate business needs into IT requirements within Jakarta Selatan. The role focuses on gathering stakeholder objectives, analyzing needs, and ensuring BRD and related documents are accurate and compliant.

You will lead initiatives across projects, coordinate with PM/Co-PM, SA, QA, and vendors, and produce clear diagrams, use cases, and UI sketches to guide development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• Min 3 years IT experience, banking preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking domains (Credit, Digital Banking, Finance, Treasury...).
• Solid SDLC, Agile and Scrum understanding.
• Experience leading IT projects as BA or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects (5+).
• Well-organized, proactive problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from Business Owners and stakeholders.
• Analyse requirements and identify business needs and objectives.
• Review BRD and other requirement documents.
• Meet with Business Owners and stakeholders to analyze requirements.
• Convert BRD into PCR, RFP, or other technical docs.
• Prepare accurate meeting minutes with key decisions and actions.
• Lead initiatives within the assigned division.
• Monitor initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support and facilitate testing activities with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with PM/Co-PM to track progress and reporting.
• Coordinate with SA, QA, units, and vendors to address requirements.
• Ensure documentation complies with company policies and standards.
• Translate requirements into analytical/visual artifacts (diagrams, UI mockups, use cases).
