Job summary

PT. Kairos Utama Indonesia is seeking a SAP FICO Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and translate needs into functional specs and user stories.

You will collaborate with SAP consultants, developers, QA, and project managers to support FICO implementation, enhancements, and SIT/UAT. The role requires a bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS/Accounting or related field, at least 1 year of SAP FICO experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, CS, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst with SAP FICO.
• Understanding of SAP FI and CO modules.
• Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and documenting functionality.
• Familiarity with SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
• Understanding of SDLC; experience in Agile or Waterfall environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with users, SAP consultants, developers, QA, and PMs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support SAP FICO implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
• Prepare BRD, FSD, process flows, and user guides.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
• Support SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Assist in change request analysis and impact assessment.
• Provide user training and post-go-live support.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
