Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to lead configuration, master data governance, and integration efforts across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Procurement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, accounting, industrial eng, or related field.
• 5+ years experience with ERP systems including at least one full implementation or upgrade.
• Strong functional depth in at least one ERP module and know integration points.
• Proficient in SQL and reporting tools.
• Experience managing external consultants or vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Job description

• Own configuration, setup, and master data governance for the ERP modules in scope [Finance / HR / Supply Chain / Procurement].
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
• Design, test, and deploy enhancements, custom reports, and interfaces in coordination with technical resources.

Process & Business Partnering

• Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations to map current-state processes and identify system-enabled improvements.
• Lead requirement gathering, functional specification writing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all changes and releases.
• Assess the business impact of system patches, upgrades, and new releases; plan and coordinate regression testing.
• Act as functional lead on system projects — new module rollouts, upgrades, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Manage implementation partners and principal vendor support, holding them to scope, timeline, and quality.
• Maintain the enhancement backlog and priorities it with business stakeholders.

Governance, Data & Enablement

• Enforce access controls, segregation of duties, and audit compliance within the ERP and related systems.
• Maintain configuration documentation, process manuals, and change logs.
• Develop and deliver key-user training; build internal capability so the business is not dependent on external consultants.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum [5] years' experience supporting or implementing an ERP system [e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo], including at least one full implementation or upgrade cycle.
• Strong functional depth in at least one module, with working knowledge of integration points across modules.
• Proficient in SQL and report writing tools.
• Solid grasp of the underlying business process (e.g. record-to-report, procure-to-pay, hire-to-retire) — not just the screens.
• Proven experience managing external consultants or vendors.
• Strong stakeholder communication in [Bahasa Indonesia and English].

PREFERRED

• Certification in the relevant ERP platform or in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
• Experience in Shipping & Logistic company, or in a multi-entity / listed-company environment.
• Exposure to project management methodology (Agile, PMP, or Prince2).
