Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an IT Asset Inventory Specialist to monitor and manage asset stock across sites in Jakarta, ensuring accurate records, sufficient stock, and proper asset allocation. Your responsibilities include end-to-end asset processes, stock reconciliation, reporting dashboards, and collaborating with IT, Operations, Procurement and vendors to support fulfillment, repair, and replenishment.

Travel to operational sites as required and drive process improvements to increase asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and asset tracking
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination
• Proactive, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel to operational sites when required

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage IT asset inventory across sites
• Oversee end-to-end IT asset processes including request, release, movement, return, repair, and disposal
• Perform stock reconciliation and identify discrepancies or gaps
• Prepare IT asset reports and dashboards to monitor stock levels and utilization
• Coordinate with IT, Operations, Procurement and vendors for asset fulfillment and replenishment
• Analyze data and advise on improvements to asset availability and utilization
• Support process improvement and automation to enhance asset management accuracy
