Job summary

SPX Express in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a procurement analyst to manage PR/PO processes, ensure timely approvals, and monitor spend with a data-driven approach. The role requires strong Excel skills, coordination with vendors, and experience with ERP/WMS systems.

You will analyze aging and backlog levels, perform MoM variance analysis, reconcile delivery orders, and forecast inventory for upcoming months while identifying optimization opportunities. AI tools for data analysis are welcome.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets including pivot tables, lookups, dashboards
Experience with WMS/ERP systems is a plus
Familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for data analysis and automation
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Initiate and generate PRs and POs based on operational needs and approved budgets
Perform PR/PO aging and pending PO analysis to resolve bottlenecks
Conduct MoM variance analysis to track spending against historical trends
Reconcile quantities and billing between internal systems and vendor delivery orders
Analyze monthly usage to forecast material and inventory requirements
Identify overspending/underspending patterns and provide cost optimization insights
