Job summary

Shopee is seeking an Inventory Support - IT Asset role to manage IT asset inventory across multiple sites, ensuring accurate stock records and effective asset allocation. You will monitor end-to-end asset processes, perform reconciliations, and produce reports to support fulfillment and utilization.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, and the ability to collaborate with IT, Operations, Procurement, and vendors. Travel to operational sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any relevant majors.
• Good understanding of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and asset tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with large datasets and dashboards.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel to operational sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage IT asset inventory across sites to ensure accurate stock records, availability, and asset allocation
• Monitor end-to-end IT asset processes, including request, release, movement, return, repair, and disposal
• Perform regular stock reconciliation and validation to identify discrepancies, missing assets, damaged assets, and inventory gaps
• Prepare and maintain IT asset reports and dashboards to monitor stock levels, fulfillment, asset utilization, and inventory performance
• Coordinate with IT, Operations, Procurement, and vendors to support asset fulfillment, repair, replacement, and replenishment
• Analyze inventory data and operational issues and provide recommendations to improve asset availability and utilization
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives to improve the efficiency and accuracy of IT asset management

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
