Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an experienced inbound logistics professional to plan and monitor deliveries from vendors, ensure accurate receiving, and maintain precise stock records in Jakarta. You will manage end-to-end inbound processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize replenishment and warehouse efficiency.

The role emphasizes data analysis, process improvement, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, with travel to operational sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Experience with inbound operations and PO/receiving process.
• Good command of Excel/Sheets and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor inbound deliveries from vendors to ensure on-time arrival and correct quantities.
• Manage end-to-end inbound process: PO/SPK verification, delivery scheduling, receiving, quality checks, put-away and system recording.
• Match received goods against PO, delivery order and invoice; follow up on discrepancies.
• Run regular stock counts and reconcile physical vs system stock to prevent negative stock.
• Prepare inbound reports and dashboards covering volume, lead time, fulfillment rate and stock levels.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance and vendors on replenishment planning and issue resolution.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, vendor performance and opportunities to improve stock availability and receiving efficiency.
• Support process improvement and automation to increase inbound efficiency.

• Plan and monitor inbound deliveries from vendors and suppliers, such as operational consumable supplies (e.g. packaging, barcode labels, assets), fleet and sorting machine sparepart, so goods arrive on time and in the right quantity
• Manage the end-to-end inbound process: PO/SPK verification, delivery scheduling, receiving, quality checks, put-away, and system recording
• Match received goods against PO, delivery order, and invoice, and follow up on discrepancies such as short or over delivery, damaged items, or wrong items
• Run regular stock counts and reconciliation between physical and system stock to keep inventory records accurate and prevent negative stock
• Prepare and maintain inbound reports and dashboards covering inbound volume, vendor lead time, fulfillment rate, receiving accuracy, and stock levels
• Work with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and vendors on replenishment planning, delivery issues, returns to vendors, and claims
• Analyze inbound and inventory data to find bottlenecks, track vendor performance, and recommend ways to improve stock availability and receiving efficiency
• Support process improvement and automation work to make inbound and inventory management more efficient and accurate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Good understanding of inbound operations, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and the PO/receiving process
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards) and comfortable working with large datasets
• Experience working with WMS/ERP systems is a plus
• Familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation, and open to using AI in daily work
• Good communication and coordination skills, including with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel to operational sites when required
