Job summary

Shopee Internasional Indonesia is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to lead day-to-day warehouse asset operations and ensure all asset transactions are accurately recorded in the asset management system, with attention to data integrity and traceability.

You will execute asset requests, perform inventory checks, track assets by serial number, coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations, and drive continuous improvements to asset lifecycle processes and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in inventory management, stock monitoring, reconciliation, and control.
• Understanding of asset procurement, registration, allocation, transfer, and disposal lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across departments.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse asset operations and record transactions in the asset management system.
• Execute approved asset requests including receiving, issuance, transfer, return, maintenance, and disposal per procedures.
• Perform inventory checks, stock reconciliation, and audits to maintain accuracy.
• Track assets using serial numbers for identification, traceability, and movement history.
• Verify asset conditions and classify as usable, repairable, or damaged.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Operations and other teams to support asset lifecycle management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset management processes and inventory accuracy.
