Job summary

Electrum in Jakarta seeks an Asset Management Specialist to maintain asset databases and oversee asset lifecycles from deployment to decommissioning.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Warehouse, track spare parts, and produce utilization and audit reports. Strong data skills (Excel/ERP/CMMS) and English fluency are required; prior exposure to infrastructure ops is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years in asset management, inventory control, or operations.
• Hands-on experience with dashboard/monitoring tools to identify issues.
• Exposure to infrastructure/technical operations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and inventory systems.
• Proficient in data management and reporting tools (Excel/ERP/CMMS).
• Analytical thinking with ability to identify optimization opportunities.
• Good communication across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update asset databases ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor asset lifecycle from deployment to decommissioning.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance and Warehouse for asset fulfillment.
• Track spare parts availability and propose procurement requests.
• Prepare reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and audits.
• Analyze asset performance and propose optimization initiatives.
• Support operational teams by ensuring timely asset availability.
• Implement and improve asset management policies and procedures.
