Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a data-driven Operations Performance Analyst to prepare and present performance reports for management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated dashboards and ensure reports reflect current KPIs and processes.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, 3+ years in logistics or analytics, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. The position is based in South Jakarta (Gama Tower) and involves reporting insights to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or related company, preferably in a data analyst or operations performance role.
Strong data-driven mindset with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Google Sheets and performance dashboards; experience with Looker Studio is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, analyze, and present operational performance reports for strategic and management meetings.
Provide data-driven insights, monitoring, and recommendations to support continuous improvement across the Operations Team.
Collaborate with the Operations Excellence and Business Intelligence teams to develop and maintain automated performance reports and dashboards.
Ensure operational reports accurately reflect the latest processes, KPIs, and business requirements.
Contribute to the growth and development of the SPX Express team.
