Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an IT Asset Inventory Specialist to monitor and manage asset stock across sites in Jakarta, ensuring accurate records, sufficient stock, and proper asset allocation. Your responsibilities include end-to-end asset processes, stock reconciliation, reporting dashboards, and collaborating with IT, Operations, Procurement and vendors to support fulfillment, repair, and replenishment.

Travel to operational sites as required and drive process improvements to increase asset

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with large datasets and dashboards
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel to operational sites when required
