Job summary

Shopee Internasional Indonesia is seeking a Budgeting Inventory Officer for SPX Express in Jakarta. You will manage PRs/POs, track variances, and reconcile invoices while forecasting inventory needs and spotting cost-saving opportunities.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with WMS/ERP systems, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with pivot, lookups, dashboards.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems is a plus.
• Familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and generate PRs and POs based on needs and budgets.
• Perform PR/PO aging and backlog analysis to resolve bottlenecks.
• Conduct MoM variance analysis to track spending vs. history.
• Reconcile invoices and Delivery Orders for accuracy.
• Forecast monthly material and inventory requirements.
• Identify overspending/underspending and provide cost-saving insights.
