Job summary

PT Reins Marindo Indonesia, a Food & Beverage company known for Gyu-Kaku, seeks a leader to head the IT Application team in delivering robust application support. You will monitor performance, manage incidents, and drive improvements across deployment, testing, and system processes.

The role requires 4–5 years in Application Support, a strong grasp of ERP/POS, SQL, APIs, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & Azure to optimize our enterprise apps in a multi-outlet

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
4–5 years of experience in Application Support/Application Administration.
Good understanding of enterprise applications, databases, SQL, and API integration.
Understanding of deployment, backup, and change management processes.
Familiar with ERP/POS and other business applications.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & Azure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the IT Application team providing application support.
Monitor application performance, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Prioritize tasks and ensure SLA and issue resolution targets are achieved.
Coordinate with users, vendors, and management regarding application needs and issues.
Manage development, testing, deployment, and system improvement processes.
Prepare application performance reports and improvement plans.
