Job summary

PT Surya Semesta Internusa, Tbk is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to manage critical business applications and ensure system availability and performance.

You will analyze business requirements, deliver solutions, support ERP deployments, conduct UAT, and work with vendors and users to optimize processes and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5-8 years in Application Support, ERP or enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, SQL, ERP and integration.
• Experience in troubleshooting, UAT, vendor management and stakeholder collaboration.
• ITIL Foundation or similar certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 application support by troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely resolution
• Monitor application performance, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure system security, stability, backup, and recovery processes
• Collaborate with business users on requirements gathering, implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation support
• Manage user access, maintain application documentation, and ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and audit requirements
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business processes and user experience

Job description

Manage and support business applications and the lifecycle to ensure system availability, performance, and continuous improvement. Analyze business requirements and deliver application solutions, enhancements, and system integrations that support business operations.

Key responsibilities

About you

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Application Support, Business Applications, ERP, or a similar role, including at least two end-to-end ERP or enterprise system implementations

Strong knowledge of SDLC, SQL, ERP/business applications, and system integration

Experience in application troubleshooting, UAT, vendor management, and stakeholder collaboration

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

ITIL Foundation or other relevant certifications are an advantage
