Job summary

PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia is seeking an IT Application Support (Developer/Programmer) to develop, enhance, and maintain applications within our IT Development portfolio in Jakarta. The role involves coding based on business requirements, debugging, and ensuring quality through SIT and unit tests.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS, at least 1 year of development experience, strong OOP fundamentals, and experience with SQL databases, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

Qualifications

• Willing to work onsite in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications across the IT Development portfolio.
• Perform application coding and development based on business and technical requirements.
• Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for application issues and defects.
• Perform unit testing and support System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure application quality.
• Develop and maintain integration between applications, databases, APIs, and other systems.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA/Testers, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support application enhancement, maintenance, and production issue resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to application development and maintenance.

We're currently looking for an IT Application Support (Developer/Programmer) to be placed with one of our clients in the Financial Services Industry.

Position: IT Application Support (Developer/Programmer)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications across the IT Development portfolio.
• Perform application coding and development based on business and technical requirements.
• Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for application issues and defects.
• Perform unit testing and support System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure application quality.
• Develop and maintain integration between applications, databases, APIs, and other systems.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA/Testers, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Support application enhancement, maintenance, and production issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Software Development, Application Development, Programmer, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software development fundamentals.
• Familiar with SQL databases, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• Familiar with Git/Bitbucket; experience with SSIS and Oracle GoldenGate (OGG) is a plus.
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, unit testing, and application enhancement.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Jakarta.
