Job summary

PT Mineral Alam Abadi (Mineral Alam Abadi Group) seeks an experienced Application Lead to drive the design, development, implementation and ongoing improvement of the company’s applications and systems. You will lead the Application & Development team to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements, translate requirements into technical architecture, and plan development roadmaps.

You will oversee the full SDLC, enforce security and coding standards, review designs and integrations,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proven professional experience as an Application Developer, Fullstack Developer, or Software Engineer, with experience leading or supervising a development team.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code.
• Experience with Git, relational databases such as MySQL, RESTful APIs, and system integration.
• Good understanding of SDLC, software testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of application security and secure coding practices, including OWASP Top 10, authentication, authorization, and access control.
• Experience in code review and application security review.
• Ability to lead and supervise the development team, including work planning, task allocation, progress monitoring, and quality control.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in developing ERP, HRIS, procurement system, inventory, or other business applications is preferred.
