Job summary

PT Surya Semesta Internusa, Tbk is seeking a senior recruitment leader to own the full hiring lifecycle in our Jakarta office. You will drive end-to-end recruitment strategies and optimize processes to deliver timely hires.

You will partner with hiring managers, build multi-channel talent pipelines, supervise a recruitment team, and enhance candidate experience with KPI reporting and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment across multiple channels.
• Ability to manage and develop a recruitment team.
• Strong focus on hiring metrics, process improvements, and candidate experience.
• Familiarity with employer branding and multi-channel sourcing.

Responsibilities

Job description

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.

Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, universities, social media, and networking initiatives.

Supervise and develop the recruitment team while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Monitor recruitment KPIs, prepare recruitment reports, recommend process improvements, and support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the Company's talent acquisition efforts.

Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
