Job summary

PT Berlian Sistem Informasi in Jakarta Timur seeks an experienced IT Service/PM professional to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive service improvements. You will manage customer relationships, communicate incident details, and coordinate delivery to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires strong SDLC knowledge, SQL/database familiarity, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical proposals. Presales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Service, Project, or Product Management.
• Strong knowledge of applications, infrastructure, and SDLC.
• Familiar with SQL, databases, and programming concepts.
• Able to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
• Presales consultant experience is preferred.
